A Variety of Dinner Entrees and Brunch Menu's served buffet style, Specialty Sandwiches and Breads, Chilled Hors d' oeuvres, Hot Hors d' oeuvres, Fancy Dips and Dippers, Salads, Desserts and Beverages.

Presentation Style

Displayed in a choice of silver and pewter trays and fancy tiered silver stands, or in a variety of baskets and beautiful containers, fabric fluff and drop cloths to co ordinate in the bride/hostess color scheme.

Buffet Design

Hearts Desire will provide at no additional cost the decor for the buffet tables which include all linens for the buffet tables, fluff cloths, drop cloths, baskets, chafing dishes, serving containers and votives.

The Bride/Hostess to provide one to two fresh floral centerpieces for the buffet table or tables and a large bucket of loose florals and greens.

Customize Menu

Hearts Desire will gladly work with the bride or hostess to customize the menu according to taste and budget.

Food Tasting?

Yes.

Bartender

Hearts Desire will provide bartenders for your event. Customer must provide all alcohol, condiments, ice, stir sticks and plastic glasses for the bar.

China, Etc.

We will provide at no additional charge, all paper/plastic goods which consists of plates for buffet, appetizers and cake tables, clear plastic utensils for buffet, appetizers and cake, napkins for buffet, appetizer and cake.

Hearts Desire can supply rental china, silverware and glassware for an additional fee.

Please note that most event halls provide a standad to deluxe china and linen package with your contract. Check with the event hall.

Linen Rental
