Terms & Conditions


Booking Deposit
There is a $300.00 non-refundable deposit due the day of booking to guarantee your event date along with your signed catering proposal. This deposit will be applied to the final balancedue.

Minimum Guest Count
All menus are based upon a minimum of 100 guests.

Cancellation Policy
A certified letter must be sent no later than 30 days prior to the event date. It must be received by Hearts Desire Catering to confirm any cancellation. If no cancellation is confirmed, client will be responsible for the FULL PAYMENT which is the total dolar amount on the invoice!

Fine Print
Prices on the menu do not include service charges, gratuity, tax or delivery. Hearts Desire DOES NOT ACCEPT CHARGE CARDS, cash or checks only. A guaranteed guest count is due no later than 14 days prior to the event along with 1/2 of the total dollar due 14 days prior to the event date. Final head count CANNOT be changed to a lower amount after 14 days prior to the event but can be adjusted to a higher guest count if required. PLEASE NOTE: REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE THE DAY OR EVENING OF THE EVENT.

Service Charges
There is delivery charge for the Denver Metro and surrounding areas. There is a 5-hour minimum on all service staff. All menus are subject to an 18% gratuity and appropriate tax.

Bartender
Hearts Desire does provide bartenders for your event. Customer must provide all alcohol, condiments, ice, stir sticks and cocktail napkins for the bar.

Hearts Desire Will Provide The Following
We will include disposable plates, plastic silverware and paper napkins. PLEASE NOTE: Table linens are available to rent upon request along with china, silverware and glassware.

Bride/Hostess To Provide Floral Centerpieces For Buffet Table(s)
Floral centerpiece(s) for the buffet table(s), large bucket flowers and greenery. Note: (3 bundles flowers and 3 bundles greenery).
