I think we created a bit of a challenge for her, but knew that she would be able to come through for us. Having an outdoor, private mountain venue had its own challenges, and adding the word wedding increased the expectation. Heart's Desire delivered!! Becky didn’t hesitate in making the last minute decisions necessary to get the job done and make it a wonderful evening for us. She has incredible knowledge and experience and was more than willing to share it with us during the whole planning process. Whether it be references for rentals or how something should be arranged to the role of mother of the bride, I knew that I could contact her to get an answer with any question that I had. I appreciated that she was always concerned about what the bride wanted for the day and included her in every decision. Also provided nice portions for us to taste when making the food choice. It certainly was a pleasure to work with Becky and her staff and as the parents of four daughters, we look forward to working with her in the future.”

It was almost as if we had hired a wedding planner rather than a caterer! She helped with the timeline, organizing the vendors, everything! Her staff and her were very professional and helpful! "We had a perfect experience with Heart’s Desire, from the day we met Rebecca at our tasting, to the over-the-top hospitality we experienced on our wedding day. Rebecca has the most calming and joyful presence, and she and her team will go above and beyond to make the food at your wedding or event absolutely amazing! We get compliments from guests about our wedding food to this day. AND we were actually able to taste the food ourselves (which I hear is a rarity for brides and grooms!), because Heart’s Desire packed an amazing to-go picnic for us to enjoy after we left the wedding. We ate every bite because a) we were starving, and b) the food tasted incredible! "Hearts Desire is fabulous! The food for our wedding was incredible. Everyone, everyone at our wedding stated that the appetizers and dinner was great food; even our DJ said it was the best beef he has ever had! The staff were phenomenal, they made my plate so that I would spill food on my dress, and they made sure to save some appetizers for me and the groom so we didn't miss out! Rebecca and her staff took a lot of the worry out of my planning, and the reception tables and food buffet looked beautiful. I cannot say enough good things about Rebecca and Hearts Desire Catering."
